Congratulations

to Seniors

Chris Hernandez and

Gabriel Rangasammy

All Hallows is pleased to announce that Senior Chris Hernandez has been accepted to
Harvard University and Senior Gabriel Rangasammy has been accepted to Columbia University this fall. Both students are eager and ready to begin a new chapter in their academic lives.

Getting into college is no easy task.  The Wall Street Journal reported that Harvard University accepted only 7.1% of its applicant pool this year, the lowest number in the University's history.

The Catholic High School Honor Roll today announced its fourth annual selection of the best 50 Catholic secondary schools in the United States. The purpose of the Honor Roll is to recognize and encourage excellence in Catholic secondary education. All Hallows High School has been included in the Catholic School Honor Roll for the fourth year in a row.

Senior Career Day at All Hallows

On Thursday, January 31st, 2008 the senior class participated in a career day which brought alumni back to All Hallows to discuss careers in Business, Communications, Health Services, Entertainment, Engineering and protective services. The event was coordinated by Mr. John Ford who heads our Counseling Department.

Special Guest visitor Mr. William Wheatley, class of 62 and former executvie producer of NBC Nightly News with Tom Brokaw visited with the All Hallows Media Arts classes to talk about careers in broadcast journalism.
